**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the integration of city design activities across NEOM THE LINE.
- Coordinate the work of multidisciplinary design teams, including architects, engineers, and urban designers.
- Ensure that all design components align with the project's overall vision, objectives, and standards.
- Manage design workflows, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
- Support the resolution of design conflicts and challenges, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among teams.
- Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to gather design information and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of design strategies that promote sustainability, innovation, and quality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.**
- **Minimum of 15 years of experience in city design planning, with significant experience in managing design coordination for large-scale urban development projects.**
- Strong understanding of urban design principles, infrastructure integration, and public realm development.
- Proven experience in managing complex design processes, including tracking deliverables, resolving design conflicts, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance day-to-day design management with strategic problem-solving.
- Familiarity with sustainable and innovative urban design practices.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
