**Role Overview**:
The Resilience & Security Technical Lead - Advisory Consultant with DeepSource Technologies will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing the organization's resilience and security strategies. This leadership position involves providing expert guidance on risk management, business continuity, and cybersecurity best practices to clients. You will assess existing frameworks, recommend improvements, and lead projects aimed at fortifying security measures and ensuring operational resilience. Your deep understanding of technological landscapes and security protocols will enable you to advise clients effectively while inspiring teams to embrace a culture of security and resilience.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead resilience and security assessments to identify gaps and recommend enhancements to clients’ security architecture.
- Develop and implement tailored business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management plans.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate security risks, frameworks, and recommendations effectively.
- Perform regular evaluations and audits of implemented security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Drive initiatives to enhance security awareness and risk management practices across organizational levels.
- Mentor and train junior consultants in resilience practices and security strategies.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience (8+ years) in resilience and security advisory roles, with a focus on consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and guidelines (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT).
- Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in business continuity planning and risk management.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities for assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies.
