Key Responsibilities

Filming & Content Creation (Primarily Local, with Travel Opportunities)

Film interview-style videos and ensure they are engaging, intriguing, and visually dynamic.

Capture b-roll footage that complements storytelling, including nature shots, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Set up professional lighting, sound, and camera equipment for indoor and outdoor shoots.

Have the opportunity to travel to some locations to film Gahwa Time’s experiences on farms, islands, and wellness retreats.

Post-Production & Video Editing

Edit travel and informative videos creatively and professionally, ensuring high-quality storytelling, sound design, and smooth transitions.

Create short-form and long-form videos optimized for social media, YouTube, and Gahwa Time’s website.

Enhance footage with color grading, motion graphics, and subtitles when necessary.

Maintain a fast turnaround time for edits while ensuring quality and brand consistency. Local Video Production

Shoot and edit informative videos, including interviews, workshops, and thought leadership content.

Set up lighting, sound, and video equipment for professional indoor and outdoor shoots.

Social Media & Creative Input

Provide ideas for engaging storytelling formats and reels.

Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Creative & Detail-Oriented - Can transform interviews, landscapes, and real-life experiences into compelling visual stories.

Strong in Cinematic Video Production - Understands framing, lighting, sound, and pacing.

Efficient & Organized - Can edit high-quality content quickly while managing multiple projects.

Adaptable & Resourceful - Comfortable filming in various settings, from urban environments to natural landscapes.

Tech-Savvy - Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar software.
