**Purpose of Position**
- In charge of developing business with large accounts\projects according to opportunities and defined Commercial Action Plan
- Identify and pursue new opportunities
- Perform customized commercial actions for key accounts or large projects
- Take a Key Account Management (KAM) role on identified key accounts.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
**Major Responsibilities**
- Support the management in establishing and executing the sales strategy.
- Achieve and exceed (personal and team) allocated sales targets and position specific objectives.
- Registration with new client, Pre-qualifications, update company profile.
- Provide proper customer information and necessary support to operation and collection team to ensure smooth execution, invoicing, and collection.
- Follow up on collection of payment.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of sales data (Sales Force)
- Handle sales & business development meetings with clients and develop a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Devising strategies to penetrate new markets (new client sector, new product).
- Facilitate other sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Explore cross selling opportunities and lead the business development efforts.
- Periodic reporting pf sales KPIs, reviewing trends and taking necessary remedial actions.
- Perform assigned operational functions as required for the proper control and supervision of department personnel.
- Working conditions, Code of Ethics, and resilience on the allocation of the assignments.
**Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)**:
- Client visits
- Number of quotations
- Number of contracts
- Participation in organization.
**Qualification and Experience**
- Graduate with minimum +5 years of Engineering Experience. BA/Diploma in engineering would be advantage.
- Should have the experience of business development (Engineering) in core sectors such as Oil & Gas/Power, Chemical.
**Skills & Qualities**:
- Good communication and business acumen.
- English language reading & writing.
- Market analysis, business intelligence, research & strategy, communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills. Depth knowledge of the services and research & strategy.
- Understanding of applicable EC procedures and guidelines.
- Awareness of BV service capabilities, concentrating on IND services with cross selling with other departments.
