**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage activities and achievement of sales and customer service goals for the store.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine operational issues independently and collaborates with manger on more complex issues
- Forecast, budget, and plan to ensure that the store meets business goals
- Market, promote and contact clients to make sure that the sales target is achieved.
**Experience**
- Bachelors in Business Management, Marketing
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position, with experience in sales.
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Excellent comprehension of the store management procedures.
