As a Oilfield Services iktva (Localisation) Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and leading market, customer, and policy analysis, engagement, and strategy to create growth for Baker Hughes products, services & businesses
- Developing strategy for existing product & service portfolio as well as new biz models for white space, new technologies and emerging areas.
- Advisesing Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered
- Contributing to project as a team member or leading small projects.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's from an accredited university or college.
- Have relevant Supply chain experience & knowledge
- Have the ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have interpersonal and leadership skills
