**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Estimation & Cost Analysis**
- Review and analyze **technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs** to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Calculate **material, labor, and logistics costs** for doors, windows, and façade projects.
- Ensure that estimates align with **budget constraints, quality standards, and project timelines**.
- Optimize costs through **value engineering and alternative material selection**.

**2. Quotation & Bid Preparation**
- Prepare and submit **competitive tenders, RFQs, and project proposals**.
- Coordinate with the **sales team** to ensure pricing meets market expectations and profit margins.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing and compliance with **project specifications and local regulations**.

**3. Supplier & Vendor Coordination**
- Liaise with **suppliers and subcontractors** to obtain the best pricing and lead times.
- Maintain updated cost databases for **raw materials, profiles, glass, and hardware**.
- Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations in **Aluminum, UPVC, and WPC materials**.

**4. Project Feasibility & Risk Assessment**
- Evaluate **project risks, cost variations, and potential overruns**.
- Provide management with detailed **cost breakdowns, reports, and recommendations**.
- Ensure estimation accuracy by cross-checking with **previous project data and industry benchmarks**.

**5. Coordination with Internal Teams**
- Work closely with the **design, production, and procurement teams** to ensure feasibility of estimates.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling based on cost estimates.
- Conduct **cost reviews and updates throughout the project lifecycle**.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Education**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- **7+ years of experience** in estimation for **Aluminum, UPVC, and WPC doors & windows**.
- Extensive knowledge of **façade systems, glass, profiles, and fabrication techniques**.
- Experience in **cost control, budget management, and project pricing strategies**.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Excel, ERP systems, and estimation software**.
- Ability to interpret **technical drawings, structural calculations, and industry standards**.
- Familiarity with **Saudi building codes, construction regulations, and quality standards**.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong **analytical and problem-solving** skills.
- Attention to detail and **high numerical accuracy**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management** abilities.
