**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Business Development:_

Identify new business opportunities and target key industries within the KSA market.

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and market presence.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Sales and Customer Relations:_

Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.

Respond to customer inquiries, provide technical support, and address concerns.

Offer pre-sales and post-sales assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise:_

Possess in-depth knowledge of OT networking principles, industrial protocols.

Industrial Automation Knowledge

Strong understanding of network architectures, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

Cyber security concepts

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and Solutions.

Work closely with the engineering team to provide technical insights and resolve complex issues.
- Sales Targets and Reporting:_

Set and achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

Update the management team on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Participation and coordination of marketing activites.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring:_

Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.

Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance existing offerings and identify new product opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Education and Experience:_

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of technical support, or technical sales within the OT networking, Industrial automation and OT cyber security domain.
- Sales Skills:_

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the KSA markets.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills:_

Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Language Proficiency:_

Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Travel:_

The role may require occasional travel within KSA for client visits and industry events.
