**Responsibilities**:
- Creating and preparing Seafood recipes.
- Costing and estimating for spices, seasonings, and dish ingredients.
- Record all dishes details, seasoning, ingredients, grams, and cooking method.
- Train staff on how to season and cook new dishes.
- Ensure the taste of all newly created dishes have the standard approved flavor, quality, and presentation.
- Follow the hygiene and quality standards while making all dishes.
- Present and share packaging ideas for the final product.
- Coordinate with social media to share dishes cooking and flavor information to help advertise the dish.
**Qualifications**:
- Saudi.
- Culinary School or relevant certificate.
- 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Creative.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Excellent English Language (reading, writing, and speaking).
**Salary**: ﷼4,500.00 per month
