Job Title: Customer Service Agent
**Location**: Jeddah

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information regarding order status, shipping, and product availability.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product returns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s system.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and handle any additional requests.
- Assist with preparing and sending customer reports when needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English** (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally with a background in **warehouse operations** or logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience using customer service software and warehouse management systems is preferred.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
