Limpiar las duchas y los baños públicos y de los empleados. Limpiar los vidrios en las áreas públicas y de los empleados. Limpiar las superficies de los pisos en los espacios públicos y de los empleados mediante la utilización de productos químicos, provisiones y equipo designados. Sacudir el polvo de las superficies en las áreas asignadas. Vaciar los recipientes de basura, los ceniceros y las urnas para cenizas que se encuentran en las áreas públicas en los contenedores adecuados. Inspeccionar el estado de los muebles y comprobar que no existan roturas, rasgones ni manchas e informar los daños. Limpiar y mantener las luces. Colocar señales de precaución para reducir el tráfico cuando sea necesario. Contactar a otros departamentos directamente en caso de necesitar reparaciones urgentes. Atender rápidamente las solicitudes por parte de los huéspedes y de otros departamentos. Identificar e informar problemas preventivos o de mantenimiento en áreas públicas o en las habitaciones de los huéspedes.
