AMI Healthcare is one of the leading hospital management corporations currently operating a brand new 120 bed tertiary care hospital in Al Baha, Saudi Arabia.

**SUMMARY**
We are seeking a **Consultant ENT **to join our medical team in Al Baha. The position will be responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of medical diseases and conditions in accordance with current medical regulations and policies and procedures.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To provide comprehensive medical services (including consulting, examining, diagnosing and treating patients for acute injuries, infections, and illnesses), regardless of age or sex, on continuing basis
- To collect, record and maintain accurate patient information such as: appropriate chief complaint, past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment and plan
- To be responsible for timely completion, competencies, accuracy and eligibility of medical records
- To order and execute various tests including lab, analyses and diagnostic images to determine condition of patient
- To analyze reports and findings of tests and examination, and diagnose condition of patient
- and manage an immediate treatment plan for patient and provides advice on follow up
- To prescribe and administer medications, therapies, suturing and splinting for patient
- To promote health by advising patients concerning diet, hygiene, and methods for prevention of disease
- To refer patients to appropriate tertiary care specialists when necessary for patient’s well-being
- To expect to see a minimum of patients daily
- To provide orientation, guidance and supervision to other medical staff below Consultant level
- To follow medical procedure protocols
- To perform other clinical responsibilities related to medical specialty
- To participate in education and training programs
- To maintain and enhance professional knowledge and continuing education requirements

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Must have a medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Must have a Board certification (American Board. Specialty Board, Facharzt or equivalent)
- Must have at least five (5) years’ experience
- Must have valid current license in the city/state/province of which you are practicing
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Previous international experience is a plus
- Must be licensed by the Saudi Commission of Health professionals or initiated with the Dataflow to be eligible for temporary licensing.
