Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring for a IT Systems Administrator to provide IT systems support of the RSNF Educational Support Services to manage task order operations support functions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position will be located in Riyadh, KSA and will be an onsite position.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades of operating systems, workstations, and servers of all RSNF ESS assigned Government Furnish Equipment (GFE).
- Maintain all RSNF ESS Program property records.
- Custodian of all RSNF ESS Program GFE.
- Maintain security and integrity of all GFE.
- Perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages to all RSNF ESS assigned GFE.
- Manage the internet connectivity and associated networks of the RSNF ESS Program Riyadh work site.
- Monitor and tune the RSNF ESS system to achieve optimum performance levels.
- Ensure data/media recoverability by implementing a schedule of system backups and database archive operations.
- Conduct hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
- Manage Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 in Support of the RSNF ESS Contract.
- Manage Azure AD (Active Directory) Microsoft 365 Security Tools, including DLP (Data Leakage Protection), data classification/marking tools, and ATP (Advanced threat protection).
- Manage both OneDrive and Teams in support of the RSNF ESS Contract.
- Manage Microsoft SharePoint, including design, development, deployment, administration, and end-user support of business solutions utilizing SharePoint.
Qualifications:
High School with 3 - 6 years (or commensurate experience related to system administration)
Shall be a U.S. citizen.
Must be a Saudi resident or Iqama holder.

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Posted Salary Range: USD $61,850.00 - USD $72,000.00 /Yr.
