**Job**Purpose**:
To support the Warehouse Supervisor and Storekeeper in daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate storage, handling, and timely dispatch of goods while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

**Key**Responsibilities**:
**Stock**Handling &**Inventory**Control**:

- Assist in regular stock takes and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
- Support in identifying and reporting stock discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy

**Receiving &**Storage**:

- Offload shipments and perform physical checks to verify against delivery documentation
- Store items in a structured and organized manner according to reference numbers, brand names, or product categories

**Order**Fulfillment &**Dispatch**:

- Pick and pack goods based on pick lists or handheld scanners for timely dispatch to customers or retail outlets
- Carry out pre-retailing activities such as pricing, tagging, and barcoding in line with brand requirements

**Operational**Support**:

- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned by the Storekeeper or Supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the warehouse space

**Health,**Safety &**Environment (**HSE)**:

- Follow all HSE guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Proactively support and remind team members to adhere to company-defined HSE practices

**Education &**Certification**Requirements**:

- High School / 12th Grade pass

**Experience**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

**Skills &**Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of inventory systems and warehouse tools
- Physical fitness to handle lifting and movement of stock
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to take direction
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
