Everything you will do with us, regardless of your profession, will offer a deep sense of meaning, to create lasting, memorable and impactful experiences for your customers, for your colleagues and for the planet. **Hospitality**is** a**work** of**heart**,** **Join** us and**become** a**Heartist**®.** - Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel. - Contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements. - Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel. - Provide customers with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary. - Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications and needs. - Oversee the booking and reservation of space in a hotel to ensure availability and proper arrangement. - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure clients have a good time. - Conduct price negotiations with customers on behalf of the hotel management to reach a favorable bargain for both parties. - Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals. - Account manage an allocated portfolio undertaking complete account management responsibilities for maintaining, servicing & developing the accounts, growing revenue and tracking production. - To increase the volume of transient corporate business levels, Business group and MICE as set down, by targeting new business from existing and/or potential clients. - Meet agreed monthly performance targets - appointments, account management calls, client appointments & revenue targets as set by your line manager - To re-negotiate and re contract all annual corporate accounts. - To achieve new business targets and manage an agreed portfolio of existing accounts in order to retain and develop the business. - Produce required reports of completed sales activity including details of face-to-face client appointments, presentations, familiarization trips and any other related client interaction - Maximizing a hotel's revenue by developing strategies and business plans to increase revenue. - Drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies. - Conduct assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments for boosting patronage. - Maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports.
