The Role
Our client, a Main Contractor based in KSA is looking for a Construction Operations Manager to join their team. Duties: - Devising and implementing robust project execution strategies to ensure adherence to quality control standards and cost efficiency, leading to timely project completion. - Collaborating with the Commercial Manager and project commercial teams to oversee operational budgets effectively. - Enhancing organizational processes and policies to align with strategic objectives, while ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations. - Optimizing resource utilization across the business, including recruitment and placement of staff in coordination with HR. - Monitoring and enhancing project production and progress, focusing on quality assurance and employee productivity. - Spearheading innovation in construction methodologies to elevate project delivery standards. - Maintaining a customer-centric approach by proactively addressing client needs and resolving issues. - Collaborating with various support services such as Quality, HSE, Planning & Document Control, and Procurement to facilitate seamless coordination. - Managing customer and stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction and support. - Contributing actively to the Senior Leadership Team to uphold company vision, mission, and strategic objectives. - Undertaking any other duties as necessary to support organizational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in organizing, planning, and efficiently managing resources to successfully complete construction projects, ideally within specified timelines and budget constraints. - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent. - At least 15 years of experience in the construction industry working for Main Contractors. - At least 3 years working in a similar role preferably in the Middle East. - Excellent communication skills.
