Hsse Director

**Funciones**
- Ensure everyone in the company complies with health and safety laws.
- Responsible for establishing policies that will create and mantain a safe workplace.
- **Duties**:

- Discover opportunities for improving conditions and execute various safety programs.
- Pay Attention to details to identify hazards.
- Communicate guidelines to a multidisciplinary workforce.
- Ensure de workplace meets all legal expectations and actively supports occupational health and safety.
- Assist BU Managers to eliminate or minimize the risk to the personnel.
- To assist Cluster Directors to implement the management system in theri departments respectively.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
- Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker´s compensation claims.

**Contrato & Condiciones**

- Long term project (3-7 years).

**Experiência**
- H&S experience of at least 5 years.

**Formación**
- Qualified Health and Safety Professional holding a Maste´s Degree in Occupational H&S.

**Requisitos**
- Advanced English.
- Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- ISO 9001:2008; ISO 14001:2004; ISO 17001 & OHSAS 18001:2007.
