**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives in the hospitality and mega projects sectors.
- Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, including client acquisition and partnership development.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support proposal development, project execution, and client satisfaction.
- Learn and assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices to enhance sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry or mega projects in the Kingdom.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

License/Certification:

- Driving license (preferred)
