A Well known Saudi company operating across 15 sectors, including construction, energy, chemicals, and mining, is actively looking for an experienced **Telecom Site Engineer**, you will be responsible for the efficient planning, installation, maintenance, and optimization of telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring network reliability and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, project managers, and technicians, to deliver high-quality telecom services.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Conduct site surveys to assess infrastructure needs and create detailed reports.
- Install, configure, and commission telecom equipment (e.g., antennas, routers).
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections for optimal equipment performance.
- Diagnose and resolve network and equipment issues promptly.
- Implement equipment upgrades to meet evolving technology requirements.
- Maintain accurate equipment records and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality guidelines.
- Follow safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Prepare and submit reports on site activities and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Provide training to junior technicians or site personnel as required.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 Years of experience as a Telecom Engineer.
- Proven experience as a Telecom Site Engineer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of telecom equipment, protocols, and technologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various work environments.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different sites.
- Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) may be advantageous.
