- Job Purpose
- Performs inspections and quality control activities on site or at manufacturing plant and reports non conformance
- Job Description
- Conducts quality tests as qualified for (destructive and non-destructive tests) to detect non-conformance issues and identifies the causes of rejects - Participates as requested in evaluation and analysis of complicated cases of non-conformances - Reads and interprets blueprints and specifications - Assists Production during start-up of new fabrication and controls authorized repairs - Checks conformity and traceability of materials used in production - Calibrates measuring instruments using standards. - Collects and verifies production records and performs interpretation of test records - Ensures Client representatives and third party inspectors are called on-time to attend Witness and Hold points
- You are meant for this job if:

- Minimum Mechanical diploma or equivalent
2 years minimum (oil & gas industry)
BGAS-CSWIP or SSPC or equivalent certificate
