**Project Overview**:
Bechtel and its consortium partners are excited to begin hiring the completion teams which will finalize the monumental Riyadh Metro Project (RMP), currently estimated at 94% complete. The BACS consortium, which includes Almabani General Contractors, Consolidated Contractors Company, and Siemens, is responsible for the design, construction, train cars, and signaling as well as electrification and integration of the new lines to the rest of the system. Riyadh’s population of nearly 6 million is forecast to increase to 8 million by 2030. The new metro system will meet the demands of the growing population while reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepares Project Controls plans, and detailed manpower utilization plans for discipline or specialty activities. Monitors cost performance against the plan and prepares trends as necessary.
- Assists with contract management and payments.
- Works closely with Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, et.al. to assist required data needed to conform to the overall estimate.
- Assists in developing unit hour and pricing data for a specific discipline or another specialty, including estimating parameters, factors, indices, productivity and craft distribution reference data, etc.
- Performs data analysis, identifies problems, and makes recommendations.
- Provide and manage cost control by recording project cost and progress under Project Controls Supervisor direction.
- Assists in preparing cost data for Expenditure and Cash Flow preparation and reconciliation. Set up and maintain tracking reports for submittal of Monthly Progress Invoices.
- Directly interfaces with management as necessary for cost control monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Performs performance monitoring and coordinates cost/schedule and quantity trends when required.
- Prepares reports highlighting craft and staff professional headcounts.
- Prepares submittal of invoicing to Client.
- Prepare estimates for change orders.
- Prepare trackers for issuance to client to monitor weekly progress.
- Performs cost data analysis and development.
- Performs performance monitoring and coordinates cost/schedule and quantity trends when required.

**Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing cost engineering functions, which include cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis, in the field and the home office.
- Skilled in oral and written communication.
- Knowledge in the use of computers for executing work processes.
- Knowledge of current industry and technical developments.
