The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are seeking a Procurement Manager to join the construction management team on the Neom Project in Saudi Arabia.

The contractor ewi recruitment are working with, act as a market leader with many award winning iconic projects. They have worked on over 350 projects, with current projects equating to $4 billion.
**Job Role / Responsibilities**
The job role will be work in the field of Procurement Manager.
The main areas of responsibility are:
- Overall management of procurement activities & resources for all different disciplines (Procurement, Subcontract, Expediting and Logistics).
- Ensure a close, continuous and efficient interface with Engineering, Project Control, Construction, Quality and Stores dept
- Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
- Strategies and lead commercial and contractual negotiations developed for Project.
- Monitor and maintain a full compliance with the Company Procurement Procedures.
- Maintain proper management of Vendors Assessment and Supplier Performance Management.
- Manage Project Procurement Team
**Location**
The role will be based on Neom, Saudi Arabia.
**Requirements**:
- Approx. 15 years' experience in the Procurement field including minimum 3-5 years as Procurement Manager or Supply Chain Manager
- Previous experience in large EPC Construction projects (Marine or Infrastructure) including significant Electrical, Mechanical and Civils works
- Previous experience in Middle East and proven knowledge of the Saudi supplier market
- Capability to work for international large company and interface with different key stakeholders
- Flexibility and sense of ownership is required for this critical project position.
- Western-educated preferred
- Project Location: Saudi Arabia / UAE / West Africa
