As a Technical Support Engineer, you will ensure that we efficiently support the post-sales customer issue. You'll oversee the repairs is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures, and ways of working.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined across organizational boundaries.
- Conducting mechanical inspections and using moderately complex diagnostic equipment.
- Aiding in the analysis of recurring failures or damaged parts.
- Being familiar with the client’s process for compliance/escalation to ensure that the proper process is followed.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Have at least 6+ years' relevant experience in well intervention with 2+ years of hands-on field experiences.
- Familiar with casing exits/whipstocks (Hydraulic & mechanical), and Big Hole Conventional Fishing
- Be a motivated self-starter with a result, oriented mindset, have the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Be confident, flexible, adaptable, and work efficiently under stress when required.
