As a Senior Saudi Technical Project Management Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, develop project plans, and execute them effectively. You will ensure that projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline, while also mitigating risks and addressing any issues that arise. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional with strong technical project management skills and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the information technology and cybersecurity field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage complex technical projects from initiation to closure
- Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, IT professionals, and clients
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company processes
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Mentor and coach junior project management staff

**Requirements**:

- Saudi Nationality is required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on information technology and cybersecurity projects
- Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CISM are highly desired
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Proven experience leading and delivering complex technical projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Effective team management and mentoring skills
