Lifting Inspector

**Specialty**:
Engineering background with Lifting experience.

**Education**:
Engineering Technical Field (Mechanical or Electrical)

**Training**:

- Training in the field of inspection, testing or maintenance is preferred
- Familiar with Lifts Inspection
- LEEA Certification

**Technical knowledge**:
Recognized authority within his field of technical knowledge / specialization with certification of LEEA, Train the Trainer and experience with Lifts Inspection

**Experience**:
Minimum of 06 years’ experience in inspection field acting as an expert.

**Primary Functions**:

- Role may for resident basis job or call off basis based on project and contracts availability.
- Promote BV ethics and values to the clients
- Adhere to BV QHSSE policies and procedures
- Act as an independent technical body to inspect and certify lifting equipment, elevators, cranes and for operators assessment.
- On time reporting and issuance of certificates.
- Management of certification records and inspection documents.

**Technical Expertise**:

- At least 06 years’ experience in the field of lifting inspection inspections.
- LEEA certification.
- Additional HSE certification is recommended.

**Business Requirements**:

- Fluent English and local language skills
- Able to readily travel locally in KSA and perform inspection assignments
- Excellent Soft skills and communication skills to meet existing and potential clients to inform about Bureau Veritas services and solutions.
- Self Starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills is required to deliver Bureau VERITAS deliverables to the client and end user authorities.
