**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the creative team (Design, Photography, Videography, Editing, and Content).
- Develop creative concepts for influencer campaigns, brand activations, and social media strategies.
- Oversee content production from idea to execution (shoot planning, storyboards, mood boards, editing direction).
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their goals and translate them into powerful creative solutions.
- Ensure consistency and high-quality delivery across all creative outputs.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds.
- Present campaign ideas and creative strategies confidently to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5+ years of experience** in Creative Direction or Art Direction.
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong social media and campaign work.
- Experience working in media / advertising agencies (GCC experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Fluency in **Arabic** is required; English is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in influencer/celebrity collaborations.
- Understanding of current GCC content trends.
- Photography or video production background.
