Waitress

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our offerings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist in preparing the dining area before service and ensure it is clean and well-maintained throughout the shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waitress in a fine dining setting
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and menu items
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
