Job Description:
As an IBM BPM Support Lead you will:
Maintain BPM based systems to meet client requirements

Troubleshoot and provide resolution/work around for issues in BPM based systems

Provide users with assistance in problem determination and resolution; escalate problems as specified by the Service Levels

Participate On-Call support beyond business hours on rotation, for priority 1 issues as necessary

Coordinate with Level 3 support team for the issues requiring code changes.

Qualification:
Saudi nationality

To be considered for this role you would need to have:
At least 5-6 year of experience in IBM Business Process Manager

IBM BPM Application Developer Certificate will be your advantage

Experience implementing BPM integrations with other enterprise/business systems

Experience working with relational databases (e.g. DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) with solid command on SQL

Fluent English and ability to read technical documentation
