Manage the portfolio of the Network Development projects from new outlet, acquisition, expansion, reduction and closing to ensure accurate and timely implementation of the Network Development Projects. Supervise the operations of the e-stock to ensure best utilization of Nahdi resources.

**Accountabilities**

**Geographic Investor Plan**:

- Set the Geographic Investor Plan including the assigning of the stores per investor based on the investors’ availability and regulatory requirements in order to facilitate Nahdi stores operations.

**Operations**:

- Ensure the compliance of the indexing, updating and archiving of the Network Development projects with the set acceptance criteria through conducting random checks.
- Conduct presentations and workshops for the concerned stakeholders in order to present the deadlines compliance and to identify the variance between the progress and the assignments.

**Stores Data**:

- Ensure the accuracy of the stores data on the Business Intelligence system through conducting random checks to ensure that the system is updated and accurate to support the decision making process.

**Projects Management**:

- Verify and approve the design of the projects setup through monitoring per project to ensure timely and accurate implementation of the Network Development Projects.
- Deliver the projects on-time and as per the agreed quality standards through the communication with the concerned stakeholders (as the operations, decoration, manpower planning etc) distributing the Department related tasks and issue periodic tasks progress reports to ensure meeting the deadlines, to ensure the communication of the assignments and identify the variance between the progress and the assignments.
- Develop the seeding plan based on the projects maturity, status and priorities to ensure the completion of the projects implementation.

**Collaboration**:
**Pharmacists Management**:

- Develop and update the training sessions’ materials for pharmacists assigned to new pharmacies to ensure the alignment of the training sessions with the company operations, requirements and updates.
- Follow-up with the concerned stakeholders to resolve any escalated obstacles faced by the pharmacists - Availability & quality (Kafala matching) - to ensure timely opening.

**Department Management**:

- Manage the performance of the team through providing performance feedback and conversations, coaching, on job training, KPIs review etc to ensure the achievement of the set KPIs and objectives.
- Manage the e-stock operations through the review and approval of the e-stock plan and developing the processes of the e-stock to ensure best utilization of the resources and to improve the performance of the e-stock
- Develop and update the Service level Agreements (SLAs) through the communication with the concerned stakeholders to ensure the alignment with the Department processes.

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

**Work Environment**
- Indoors : 95%
- Outdoors : 5% for stores visits
- Working Days : 5 Working Days
- Days off : 2 Days Off
- Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour break) on call

**Job Requirement**

Education
- BSc Degree
- PMP Certificate

Experience
- 4 Years of Experience
- 2 in Nahdi

Computer Skills
- MS Office Suite
- Especially Microsoft Projects

Language
