Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Main contact point with our clients for the assigned original equipment and retrofit equipment projects after delivery and during the whole guarantee period.
- Coordinator all warranty claims that are raised during the warranty period of the delivered equipment from OE, UPG, AM-skids by following all the process and acting an intermediary between internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinator of the adequate resolution of the warranty problem that could arise during the guarantee period.
- Minimize customer harm under the promotion of action plan with a cost control perspective.
- To be able to understand the warranty claims at initial stage, to visit the onsite customer location, participate during troubleshooting and coordinate with Engineering team.
- To be able to understand all contractual obligations of given order.
- Shall have full understanding of Rotatory onsite operation and technical reading of General Arrangement and P&ID, trends, DCS reports.
- Leader of managing subsequent root cause analysis and ensuring the correct implementation of the lesson learned.

**Preferred Experience / Education background & Skills**:

- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferable in 5+ year experience in troubleshooting onsite issues.
- Contractual understanding.
- Capabilities for managing complex technical issues under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)
- Availability to travel for onsite customer locations.
- Industrial experience.
- Understanding of engineering documentation, drafting, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Effective verbal and written English communications.
- Able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and business groups globally
- Collaborative team player and self-starter capable of working under mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes are a plus
