**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver effective lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and academic goals.
- Assess, monitor, and document student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote student growth.
- Establish and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that supports learning and student self-confidence.
- Support students with diverse needs and refer them to internal support services when necessary.
- Actively participate in school meetings, collaborative planning, and professional development.
- Serve as a Form Tutor, guiding students in their personal and social development and assisting with pastoral care.
- Lead an extracurricular club, promoting the school's vision and fostering a positive learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Teaching qualification or certification.
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth and active participation in school activities.
- Ability to foster positive relationships and act as a role model for students.
