You will play a crucial role in shaping the planning processes, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s vision and operational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of advanced planning methodologies and frameworks that support Qiddiya's strategic initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analyses and feasibility studies to guide project implementation and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate planning efforts across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor project progress against planning benchmarks, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide expert guidance in project planning, ensuring best practices are employed throughout the planning cycle.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate planning insights and updates to senior management.
- Mentor and support team members in enhancing their planning competencies and professional growth.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies that influence planning practices and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in planning, project management, or strategic development, preferably in large-scale projects.
- Expertise in developing and implementing complex planning methodologies with a proven record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in mentoring and developing planning teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Proficiency in planning and project management software and tools.
- A strong passion for innovation and excellence in the planning discipline, with an understanding of the entertainment industry being an advantage.
