Sealy Mattress Middle East, a family-owned company established in 1990, operates as a licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. Our proud journey began as an importer of Sealy, Crown Jewels, and Stearns & Foster products, culminating in the establishment of a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah in 1999. Today, we continue to be a leading name in high-quality bedding solutions, and we are looking for a dedicated Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, promoting our premium mattress products and delivering exceptional service. **Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate bedding solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sealy products and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow up after sales.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and product displays.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive environment.
- Attend product training and meetings as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or bedding industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of mattress products is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
