IT Specialist

Mrsool is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining the overall IT infrastructure of Mrsool. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality IT services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Set up and manage user accounts, access levels, and permissions.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT field.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
