**About the Role**:
We are hiring a strategic and experienced **GRC Manager** to lead our Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions. This role is responsible for developing and implementing frameworks that ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen corporate governance, and reduce legal and operational risk.

As part of the executive team, you will work across departments to embed a culture of accountability, integrity, and compliance in line with both local and international standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Governance Framework Development**:

- Design and implement internal policies and procedures that align with transparency and accountability.
- **Regulatory Compliance & Internal Audit**:

- Monitor laws and regulations impacting the business and ensure full compliance.
- Organize and lead internal and external audit programs, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify, assess, and develop mitigation plans for legal and operational risks.
- Present regular reports and risk assessments to executive leadership.
- **Training & Awareness**:

- Lead awareness programs related to ethics, compliance, and governance policies.
- Foster a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization.
- **Stakeholder & Regulator Engagement**:

- Represent the organization in dealings with regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate inspections, reporting, and official correspondence.
- **Crisis & Strategic Governance Support**:

- Support executive decision-making in times of regulatory or legal crises.
- Contribute to long-term sustainability and risk-aligned strategic planning.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or **Engineering**:

- Min 5 years of experience in GRC, Internal Audit, or Compliance in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of governance principles, local/international regulations, and risk frameworks.
- Professional certifications such as **GRCP, GRCA, or CCO** are preferred.
- Excellent leadership, reporting, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
