**Who are we looking for?***:
Lead the team of process Engineers to achieve section objectives through day-to-day process monitoring, troubleshooting, debottleneck, studies, process simulations, and eliminate process chronic issues to improve _& _optimize plant performance throughput as per design.

**Qualifications**:
Accountable to implement all related SHEMS/E1155 procedures in his day to day activities and close all SHEM actions.

Monitor critical process parameters, highlight deviations and provide proper recommendations.

Mentor process engineers in identification of development & training needs as per IDP/SEeD programs.

In depth technical analysis for plant chronic issues and develop clear action plant for recommendation & elimination
Lead process benchmarking & optimization studies, Sustainability KPE's calculations, and participate in reliability improvement methodologies.

Develop innovative ideas that give gains to process improvement, row materials and feedstock optimization, and plant debottlenecking as per industry procesf. engineering best practices.

Communicate with Licensors, SBU,T&I,Manufacturinh, materials suppliers and external agencies for major technical studies and for implementation of relevant manufacturing standards (SMS).

Accountable to comply to all regulatory requirements such as variance stream, air emissions and waste water disposal.

Lead detailed process studies to reduce sustainability intensities to achieve department KPI's

Effectively participate to achieve department and company business plans & objectives.

Support project feasibility studies and project package development.

***Duties and responsibilities**

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 year experience in general operations, process engineering and process control activities in petrochemical industries.
