**Job Description**:
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Senior Urban Development Analyst (SUDA) is responsible for establishing and leading an urban development analysis and insights capability in the AlUla AECOM xPgM team. This will require periodic reviewing the planning and performance of the Alula County development program to analyze achievement or lack thereof and identifying insights and recommendations for program adjustment. The assessment of the urban development plan to be contrasted against Urban planning, regeneration and general city development principles.

The SUDA will work closely with the xPgM controls team to access, interrogate and arrange data for analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyses and synthesizes data to help better understand trends and information related to AlUla Urban Renewal and Development Projects and Programmes.
- Conducts systematic review of AlUla Urban Renewal and Development Projects and makes recommendations to inform policy decisions.
- Participates in developing proposals for program adjustments.
- Facilitates the establishment and maintenance of effective liaisons with RCU sector stakeholders,
- Prepares detailed analysis reports and proposes recommendations as appropriate based on AlUla program performance.
- Research and analyses RCU socio-economic developments outcomes and trends affecting urban development to inform the development of appropriate initiatives.
- Works closely with program controls teams to ensure timely update of critical data to support analytics.
- Works closely with Benefits Management lead to ensure performance is defined and described correctly in terms of KPI achievement.
- Assists with the preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports on the state of AlUla Urban development;

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, Urban Planning and Development
- MBA desirable
- Fifteen (15) years related work experience

**Technical Experience Required**:

- Use of technology
- Knowledge of Master planning, urban development processes and lifecycles
- Exceptional analytical skills, the ability to illustrate analytical outcomes and, insights and recommendations to C-Suite leadership.
- Knowledge of research techniques and qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analysis
