**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; CFA or similar certification is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in investment analysis, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for investment analysis and finance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information effectively.
