**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Monitor and report on variances between actual and budgeted expenditures.
- Handle payroll processing and related accounting tasks.
- Stay updated with current accounting standards and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.**:

- **Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector.**:

- **Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.**:

- **Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.**:

- **Knowledge of local financial regulations and standards is a plus.**:

- **Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).**:

- **Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.**:

- **Strong attention to detail and accuracy.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
