Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role of Accountant based in KSA-Al Khobar.
**Objective**:
- Execute Accounting & Purchase-to-Pay processes and activities to timely generate quality accounting information, to meet reporting requirements control timeliness and correctness of payments to vendors, control financial resources and achieve compliance to accounting practices in line with accounting principles, financial policies, controlling guidelines, Group standards and legal requirements.
**General Responsibilities**:
- Administer Accounting & Purchase-to-Pay processes and activities for the Self-procurement requirements of the entity.
- Perform Accounting activities for the entity required accounting and process standards and targets.
- Reconciliation of purchase orders and invoices and resolution for any associated issues.
- Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting.
- Consolidate and prepare PO and outstanding invoices overviews for financial reporting, including DPA.
- Collect, compile, verify and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements to provide accurate and timely information for senior management for making financial decisions.
- Provide explanations within area of expertise to support development of revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage financial responsibilities.
- Identify and resolve issues with precedents and laid down guidelines.
**Qualification**:
- Saudi National Only. Prefer Saudi Female.
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance & Accounting. (mandatory)
- 2+ Years’ Experience in finance & Accounting (mandatory)
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations.
- May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
- Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own function.
- Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns.
- Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).
