**RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Inspect first off and do first article inspections
- API 7-1 RSC inspection
- Inspect goods inwards including to the relevant drawings and PO requirements
- Inspects finished parts and document inspection
- Update procedures and specs when required.
- Inspection of NCR parts for assembly and suggest rework
- Assembly parts inspection before beginning assembly.
- Inter-company parts receiving inspection before getting them in stock.
- Buyout parts certificates review and review.
- Carry out MPI ,UT and PT as per the requirements shown in QA plans.
- Comply with NOV HSEQ Policy and Safety Procedures to avoid incidents and accidents.
- Maintain clean and orderly work area.

The entire above mentioned job responsibilities are facility specific Responsibilities.

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or BE plus two years’ experience in Engineering Industry
- Must be able to communicate in English and able to take and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Know and be able to use precision measuring instruments used by the inspection department. Be able to read and interpret Bowen prints and specifications.
- Have a mechanical aptitude.
- Must have good hand/eye coordination.
- Must work independently.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 2 year experience in precision metal parts inspection.

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:

- Have good machine shop knowledge.
