Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo #BELIMITLESS" We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing strategies. - Work closely with Sales and Catering Managers, entering and maintaining group rooming lists, group blocks and billing instructions. - Assist with social media content strategy for Snapchat, Instagram and LinkedIn. - Track and report the overall performance of various campaigns and social media platforms. Provide recommendations for ongoing adjustments. - Development of creative assets and marketing materials including collateral, promotional materials, infographics, in-house signage and wayfinding, and on-property touchpoints. - Assist in the creation of visual elements such as illustrations and video to help deliver a message and drive website traffic for independent hotel websites. - Support the Sales & Marketing teams helping the departments reach their goals. - Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals. - Entering all purchase orders for marketing and managing all department invoices so they are paid on time. - Assist Special Events with all aspect of coordinating and working an event or promotion at both properties. Maintaining records and files for the events and promotions. - Develop and execute annual Marketing plan including, Database acquisition and communication, Search engines’ optimization / marketing activities, Social media, Online advertising, Mobile marketing, Tracking, analysis and control. - Track and report the overall performance of various campaigns and social media platforms. Provide recommendations for ongoing adjustments. - Develop quarterly and yearly e-commerce and digital marketing plans covering all digital channels and levers (Direct and Indirect) **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with CRM systems and social media management tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in work - Basic graphic design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus) - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Goal-oriented approach with a focus on achieving marketing objectives - Customer-focused mentality with a passion for delivering exceptional results
