Quality Assurance Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate to members of the department(s):
- The relevant committee decisions and/or survey results.
- The identified compliance concerns.
- The findings from quality reports including but not limited to quality indicators' results, survey reports and findings from accreditation surveys.
- The various university-wide and departmental policies and procedures and quality requirements, including recent updates.
- Act as a point of contact for questions and requests related to quality and accreditation from departments/schools under the division.
- Work with the departments under the division to raise the response rates of the required surveys.
- Conduct orientation sessions on issues and templates related to quality and accreditation including but not limited to forms, guidelines, and KPIs.
- Report the progress of quality, planning, and accreditation regularly to the Quality Assurance and Strategic Planning Department and the University Quality Assurance Committee.
- Promote a quality culture and act as a quality advocate within her division.
- Monitor and support closing the loop for the divisional operational plans and their related KPIs.
- Monitor and support the implementation of the division annual projects.
- Report division and department achievements and progress of projects on a regular basis.
