**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead the Procurement activities for Analytical systems: Procurement of complete systems with various components like Fabricated SS316 analyzer house, HVAC, Gas Chromatograph & Analyzers, Sample Conditioning Systems, Heat tracers, Calibration cylinders, PLC etc
- Planning and providing timelines for completion of tasks and review actions against each milestone and key tasks to complete within projects delivery schedule
- Forming the project specific terms & conditions based on contract with customer and project needs. Experience to deal with global suppliers
- Technically evaluating and Negotiating the offers to meet the project budget
- Preferred the knowledge of ABB Tools, procedures & reports like: SAP, E-Smart, SFDB, eRFQ, PPS, SPE, Flop 10, Supplier risk, Management, new vendor development & qualification, Sustainability & risk assessment, Applies and implements PL standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability. Creates and updates reports, as required, following the ABB standards.
- Highlight any deviations from the agreed scope, milestones, procedures and resource involvement to appropriate parties to ensure smooth execution and timely action in delivering projects.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams, viz., engineering, project Management and service. Review with engineering & project team to optimize and strategize the requirements.
- Applies standards on health, safety, environment and business ethics within operational work, contract management and negotiations.
- Establishing the annual rate agreements and vendor managed inventory for the common used items with the suppliers to ensure price validity and availability,

**Your background**:

- Ideally, you'll hold an Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation, with the following requirements:

- 10-12 years of experience in executing medium to large sized complex analytical projects
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English Language
- Experience of working in SAP.
- Technical know how on analytical products and systems preferred
