WSP is seeking an experienced Reporting Manager to join our team on a prestigious Project in Riyadh. The Reporting Manager will be responsible for preparing, managing, and delivering high-quality project reports, dashboards, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. The role requires advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as strong data visualization and analytical skills using Power BI.
- Develop, design, and deliver project reports, dashboards, infographics, and presentations to communicate project progress, KPIs, and updates effectively.
- Utilize Power BI to build interactive dashboards, integrating multiple project data sources for senior management and client reporting.
- Use Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create visually compelling project documentation, reports, animations, and presentations.
- Ensure that all project reporting outputs meet WSP brand standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with Project Controls, Planning, Engineering, and Commercial teams to collect, analyze, and validate data for reporting.
- Develop innovative methods to visualize complex data and present it in a clear, engaging, and client-focused manner.
- Maintain a central reporting system and ensure timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
- Support executive-level presentations for client and internal leadership meetings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in reporting methodologies, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
- 12-15+ years of experience in reporting/visualization, ideally within large-scale infrastructure projects (preferably in the Middle East).
- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop (essential).
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization.
- Demonstrated ability to design and produce high-quality reports, infographics, and visual presentations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in a consulting or engineering firm is preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
