**Job Title**: Mechanical Supervisor (Pipeline Experience)

**Job Location: Neom**

The Mechanical Supervisor with pipeline experience is responsible for overseeing and managing all mechanical activities related to the construction, maintenance, and operation of pipeline systems. This role ensures that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Coordination**:

- Lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians, contractors, and workers on pipeline projects.
- Coordinate daily activities to meet project timelines and milestones.
- Monitor and manage resource allocation, including manpower, tools, and materials.
- **Pipeline Maintenance and Construction**:

- Oversee the installation, inspection, and repair of pipeline systems and associated mechanical equipment.
- Ensure proper welding, fitting, and assembly of pipeline components.
- Monitor pipeline integrity through regular inspections and maintenance schedules.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety policies, procedures, and best practices on-site.
- Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and hazard assessments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for mechanical issues.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical challenges.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all mechanical work adheres to quality standards and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of completed work.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and challenges.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical supervision, with specific experience in pipeline projects.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline construction and maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO).
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for planning and documentation.
- Valid certifications in pipeline safety or related disciplines are preferred.
