**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
- Consider construction costs, government regulations, potential environmental hazards, and other factors during the planning and risk-analysis stages.
- Conduct soil testing to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations.
- Test building materials, such as concrete, asphalt, or steel, for use in particular projects.
- Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labor to determine a project's economic feasibility.
- Use design software to plan and design transportation systems, hydraulic systems, and structures in line with industry and government standards.
- Perform or oversee, surveying operations to establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
- Manage and direct staff at the project site.
- Present findings to the public on topics such as bid proposals, environmental impact statements, or property descriptions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.**:

- **Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. with Registered in Saudi Council of Engineers**:

- Strong understanding of engineering principles, techniques, and methods.
- Proficiency in design and calculation software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
- Excellent project management and supervision skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- **Fluency in both written and spoken knowledge of Arabic is a Mandatory.**

**Experience Requirements**:

- **For Saudi applicants: A minimum of 9+ years of relevant work experience in the field of civil engineering.**
