**Job Overview**
Due to continued growth, Jensen Hughes is looking to appoint suitably qualified mechanical engineers for their Senior Consultant (Fire Protection) role in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
**Responsibilities**
- Design of mechanical, fire safety, and specialty engineering systems, including fire alarm and detection systems, mass notification, suppression, smoke control, and special hazard systems.
- Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
- Review design and construction submittals for compliance with regulatory requirements, including building code reviews and analyses.
- Perform site surveys to inspect and evaluate building features and systems.
- Plan and direct engineering activities for projects.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Fire Protection, or related engineering field.
- 8-12 years of experience in design and layout of mechanical or specialty engineering systems
- Excellent report writing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present clear and technically sound engineering strategies and good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, enjoy professional challenges, and endeavor to be an integral part of the long-term growth of Jensen Hughes.
- Ability or desire to manage/lead projects preferred.
- Revit or AutoCAD experience preferred.
