About the Job

As Head of Cluster Marketing, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing the marketing strategy at the cluster level, covering all End-Users. This pivotal role involves driving global and local initiatives, coordinating programs, promotions, and support through active engagement with Sales and BU teams. Your strategic insights will be derived from valuable interactions with customers, account managers, evaluation, product management, technical staff, and a combination of secondary and primary research.

As Leader of the Marketing and Communication function you will be based at Al-Khobar (Saudi Arabia) and oversee our customers across the Middle East and Africa region. You will be involved in developing local strategies, supporting the execution of business plans, overseeing go-to-market strategies, digital marketing initiatives, and enhancing customer experiences across various industries including Energy, Food & Water, and Marine. Your team collectively works towards driving brand value, fostering new business growth, and delivering superior customer experiences.

Additionally, you will have leadership responsibilities, leading a team of Marketing professionals. Reporting directly to the Cluster President, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our marketing endeavors.

Commercial Excellence:
- Focus on establishing, managing change, and strengthening commercial processes.- Owner of Customer Experience Program across various touchpoints and processes.- Owner for Customer Digital Journey.

Insights & Analytics:
- Collaborate closely with the business to comprehend the market and competitive landscape.- Creating Business and Market plans.- Conduct market and business analytics and assessments.

Campaigns and Communications:
- External Communications: Develop, deploy, and measure campaigns, CSR initiatives, PR, and media relations.- Internal Communications: Assist in creating internal communications and disseminating the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

Digital Marketing- Develop, deploy, and measure campaigns for digital media.- Enhance digital presence directly and indirectly through partners.- Assist in nurturing prospects to potential customers.
