**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Pre-Contract Duties**:

- Conduct feasibility, concept, schematic, and detailed design cost planning and estimating.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities, Pre-Tender Estimates, and Monthly Cost Reports.
- Lead Value Engineering efforts to optimize project costs.
- Support tender processes, including preparation of Instructions to Tenderers, tender analysis, and contract documentation.
- Assist in commercial negotiations and attend design and commercial meetings as required.

**Experiences and Qualifications**:

- ** Experience** with FIDIC Contracts preferred.
- ** Degree in Quantity Surveying** from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5** to 7 years post-degree relevant experience** in pre-contract and commercial management.
- ** Experience in sectors** such as hospitality, residential, buildings, or infrastructure.
- ** Consultant and/or client-side experience** of at least 4 years.
- Proficient in **QS software (Cost X or similar)**.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
